  I’ve been a regular at this Cost Cutter post office, and the man with glasses who drives a black Honda Civic with a PCO badge is EXTREMELY CHATTY—but when he’s wrong, his ego kicks in for no reason. I initially overlooked it thinking it might be a language barrier, but he is SLOW and INCOMPETENT. He once couldn’t process an eBay stamp correctly because he DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHERE GUERNSEY WAS and input it incorrectly. I took it to the post office on Church Lane and had NO ISSUES at all. I’ve also seen him take out his frustration on other customers while they wait. This level of incompetence and rudeness is UNACCEPTABLE. ROYAL MAIL SHOULD REVOKE HIS LICENSE IMMEDIATELY—staff like this should NOT be serving the public.

  Absolutely useless, I’m before 8pm ,like 7 40 pm for pick up and they said “today we close early” come tomorrow ….REALY?!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was overcharged for a large letter. It weighed more than 300g so they put it through as small parcel. I even reduced the weight to less than 300g and they still put it through at small parcel rate even though my package was large letter size and went through the official guage. I was fibbed off that the system only accepts it as small parcel because if the weight. Then went I went home and checked - I saw that the weight limit was 750g. My large letter packet weighed less than half that!! So I tried to send another large letter again today and the man said it’s only going through as small parcel and their system doesn’t allow it to go through as large letter!! He wanted to charge me £4.59 instead of the true price which is £3.50. So I told them their system must be configured wrongly and that would be overcharging their customers. He refused to accept that it was a system problem and would not even think about reporting the error to Royal Mail. He told me I have to report it! And if I don’t want the incorrect tariff, I should go to the other post office on Kingsbury Road or buy my postage online and print up the label myself. He was rude and arrogant about it. I went to the butnt oak post office with the same packages and they put them through as large letter at £3.50 each. These cost cutter owners are con men and completely unwilling to accept their system errors. I hope they lose their post office licence - I would not trust them with my packages ever again. Better to walk 5 minute down the road to the main post office where the staff are helpful, polite and competent.

  I don’t know how many relatives he asked for reviews, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The gentleman at the counter should under no circumstances get in direct contact with any customer. He is extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. He refused to give me my parcel first, then he refused to serve me when I needed to return a parcel at their - so called - post office. He must be receiving money for having a post office and Evri collection at their shop but he definitely shouldn’t be entitled to. I will make sure I take this further.
